Do you only provide services via online meetings?
Yes, currently we operate via online meetings. We can assist joining an online meeting once you have access to a phone or computer that has internet access.
Do you install any software on my devices?
It is possible you may need to install software to join a meeting with us depending on which device you are using. This will be software made by Microsoft, Google or Zoom so would be widely trusted. We may make recommendations on installing software that will assist with meeting your specific organisation goals however the decision to install this software will be yours.
Do you require my passwords to provide services?
No, we will never ask for a password and you should never show a password to us. If a password is ever shown to us it should be changed immediately.
What do I need to prepare?
Once you book a service we will contact you with details on how to prepare for your particular meeting type. In most cases we ask that you have access to your main digital device nearby and access to a personal computer which you can use to complete the organisation process. We will provide templates and tools to help organise your digital life so having access to MS Excel, Apple Numbers or Google Sheets will also be beneficial.
How long do online meetings take?
We have a core 2 hour process that covers most requirements of the average user. If further assistance or service is required then we can arrange for that. If there is spare time at the end of a meeting we are happy to provide technical assistance, know how and training outside of the subject of the main meeting. For example, we can show someone how to use AI responsibly or find better ways to achieve IT tasks the person would normally engage in.
Do you provide house calls?
On request we can arrange in person one on one visits in the Cork region however this cannot be booked via our online system. Contact us here if you would like to schedule an in person meeting.
