I have 3 decades experience working in multinational companies mostly in IT Systems Administration, Technical Support and Management.  I have a Bachelors in  Information Technology and a Masters in Interactive Media. I am also a certified data protection practitioner.

Throughout my career I’ve supported thousands of users in corporate environments but now I support people who have digital lives that need organising.

I’m passionate about helping older adults feeling safe, confident and secure and being empowered in the digital world. With many years of IT experience, I specialise in guiding regular people through organising their digital lives, improving online security, and preparing digital legacies for loved ones. I understand the unique challenges you may face with technology, from sorting cherished photos to safeguarding important accounts. My mission is to provide patient, personalised support so you can enjoy the benefits of technology with peace of mind—no jargon, no pressure, just solutions that work for you and your family.
