Do you only provide services via online meetings?
Yes, currently we operate via online meetings. We can assist joining an online meeting once you have access to a phone or computer that has internet access.
Do you install any software on my devices?
It is possible you may need to install software to join a meeting with us. This will be software made by Google or Zoom so would be widely trusted. We may make recommendations on installing software that will assist with meeting your specific goals.
Do you require my passwords to provide services?
No, we will never ask for a password and you should never show a password to us. We provide recommendation and will guide you through implementing these.
